Prototyping priorities

Low-volume production priorities

Repeatability dominates. Dedicated fixtures, proven toolpaths, and a defined inspection plan keep every part consistent with the first article. Engineering review up front prevents surprises at batch size 200.

The bridge: first article inspection

Before a full run, a first article is measured against the drawing and any discrepancies resolved. That approved part becomes the reference for the batch.
