RapidKin provides manufacturing partner coordination services for CNC machining projects. We coordinate between customers and qualified manufacturing partners but do not directly manufacture parts. Our services include:
- Drawing and manufacturability review
- Supplier matching and coordination
- Production coordination and communication
- Quality coordination and inspection support
3. Quote Requests
Quote requests submitted through our website are non-binding. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied and are subject to verification. Final pricing is confirmed upon detailed review and may be adjusted based on actual requirements.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information
- Provide CAD files and specifications in appropriate formats
- Respond promptly to clarification requests
- Review and approve quotes before production begins
- Make timely payments according to agreed terms
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your CAD files, designs, and specifications. By submitting files to us, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of coordinating manufacturing services on your behalf.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your CAD files and project information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill manufacturing services or as required by law. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
7. Quality and Acceptance
While we coordinate quality processes with manufacturing partners, the manufacturing partner is responsible for part quality. Inspection requirements should be specified in your quote request. Parts are subject to inspection and acceptance upon delivery.
8. Lead Times
Lead times provided are estimates and are subject to material availability, manufacturing capacity, and other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.
9. Changes and Modifications
Changes to specifications after quote approval may result in additional costs and extended lead times. All changes must be documented and approved before implementation.
10. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual quotes. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is typically required before shipment. We accept wire transfer, credit card, and other payment methods as agreed.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping arrangements and costs are specified in quotes. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier. We can coordinate various shipping methods based on your requirements.
12. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for defective parts or parts that do not meet agreed specifications. Return authorization must be obtained before returning parts. Refund or replacement will be determined based on the specific circumstances.
13. Limitation of Liability
RapidKin’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Manufacturing partners are responsible for part quality and defects.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RapidKin harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or any violation of these terms.
16. Export Compliance
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You agree not to export or re-export parts or technology in violation of such laws.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
19. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable quotes or agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and RapidKin regarding our services.
